Order Processing Specialist
Do you enjoy professionally supporting customers and ensuring that orders are processed smoothly from start to finish? As an Order Processing Specialist, you play an important role in the efficient handling and coordination of our customer orders. You work closely with Sales, Service, Logistics, and other internal interfaces. In addition to the operational day-to-day business, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and workflows.
What makes your daily work exciting?
- You process and coordinate customer orders from order entry to successful completion
- You handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- You coordinate intercompany transactions as well as export-related orders
- You reliably process orders for products, accessories, and spare parts
- You maintain customer and master data in our CRM and ERP systems and ensure high data quality
- You work closely with Sales, Service, Logistics, and other internal contacts
- You identify operational challenges early and coordinate appropriate solutions
- You actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of our processes
- Your careful working style contributes to a professional and reliable customer experience
What do you bring with you?
- You have 3–5 years of professional experience in order processing, customer service, internal sales, service administration, or a comparable role
- You are familiar with order processing and customer-oriented processes
- You have experience with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP and/or LN is an advantage
- Experience in export business or international order processing is a plus
- You communicate very well in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- You work in a structured, reliable, and precise manner and keep an overview even with several parallel topics
- You are customer-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy taking responsibility
- You enjoy working in a team and across different functions
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy continuously improving existing processes
