IHRE AUFGABEN

• Represent the Finance function in a Core Banking transformation programme: Ensuring accurate integration of Finance data flows, interfaces and related changes needed on the Finance applications (including Financial Acc, Management Acc, Reg reporting, Treasury)

• Impact Assessment Financial Accounting changes: Gathering of business requirements for Finance applications resulting from the New Core Banking implementation

• Translate business needs into Functional design documents through collaborative requirement analysis. Specification for data sourcing, mapping rules, and other changes within Finance applications (i.e. SAP S/4HANA) based on the upstream functionality changes

• Support seamless interoperability between core banking platforms and Finance application

• Impact Assessment with regards to data migrations from Core Banking and Markets applications to SAP and other Finance applications

• Work closely with project managers, functional leads, BAs, and developers during all phases of project lifecycle

• Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Prove track record as a Senior Business Analyst within a banking environment

• Strong experience with financial accounting principles and banking operations, particularly regarding the integration of financial accounting systems with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking systems, or risk management tools

• Familiarity with other Finance business areas, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance and hands-on experience in Finance implementations; Temenos knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of key SAP Finance components: Financial Accounting & Regulatory Reporting, Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), as well as data and integrations

• Knowledge of banking-specific finance processes such as General Ledger, Chart of Accounts (COA), reconciliations, and management/regulatory reporting

• Experience with data migration activities

• Advanced skills in SAP Finance, combined with solid experience in system integration patterns and data sourcing & migration

• Hands-on and delivery-focused

• Fluency in English required; German skills are beneficial
