Who we are looking for

We are not looking for construction site tamers or lone fighters.

Your profile

• Training as a construction manager, architect, HF technician, EFZ draughtsperson with relevant experience, or comparable background
• Several years of construction management experience, ideally in Switzerland
• Confident handling of costs, schedules, tenders, and contractor coordination
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes, and execution details
• Clear communication, organisational talent, and enjoyment of direct contact with people
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Openness to digital tools and modern working processes
