Your responsibility:

• Passing on knowledge: You accompany and support our FAGE apprentices and students with commitment and actively contribute to their professional and personal development.
• Shaping development: You contribute ideas, actively develop our training quality further and create an environment where learning is enjoyable.
• Achieving more together: In close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and the vocational school, you ensure a professional and varied training.

What you bring:

• Foundation: Vocational trainer course and/or SVEB 1, as well as several years of experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH.
• Mindset: You are a coach & motivator. You approach young people with respect, openness and a good dose of humour.
• Skills: You live a responsible way of working and bring good IT skills, ideally KISIM knowledge.
