Product Manager
with Sales & Purchasing 90-100% (m/f/d)

What are your responsibilities?

In this versatile role, you work at the interface of Product Management, Sales and Purchasing. You actively shape our product range, contribute market and customer needs, and support the ongoing development of our products. You will be accompanied by an experienced team and at the same time have the space to contribute your own ideas.

• You share responsibility for the design and optimisation of the product range to offer our customers suitable and convincing solutions.
• You analyse market and customer needs and bring ideas for new products, adjustments or improvements.
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure ideas are implemented smoothly in practice.
• You are the contact person for specific customer enquiries, prepare quotations and support advice on our product range.
• Depending on your experience and induction phase, you will also be directly involved in customer advice. Telephone contact with customers helps you to quickly and practically get to know our customers, products and processes.
• You maintain contact with customers and suppliers and build sustainable relationships.

What you bring with you

• A commercial training or a comparable foundation.
• Initial professional experience is welcome. Motivation, willingness to learn and the desire to take responsibility are important.
• If you already have experience, we look forward to your knowledge – but it is equally important to us that you remain open, learn new things and question existing solutions.
• You are curious, think along and want to understand how products, customer needs, sales and purchasing are connected.
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and bring a healthy dose of initiative. You communicate openly, clearly and respectfully.
• You enjoy approaching people and like contact with customers and suppliers. Interest in garden topics, architecture or technical products is a plus.
• You have fluent German skills and intermediate to good spoken French skills (from B1).
