Our client is a modernly designed and recently renovated retirement and nursing centre in Central Switzerland, offering residents and tenants in the adjoining retirement apartments a true home. Characterised by mindfulness, appreciation and a person-centred care culture, the house places great importance on respectful collaboration and an open working atmosphere. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable and competent person as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF (40% - 100%).

Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF 40-100 (m/f/d)

- Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area

- Providing needs- and requirement-oriented care and support

- Supporting nursing professionals in care planning and evaluation

- Assisting with the needs-based classification of residents

- Implementing medically prescribed measures and digital documentation

- Supporting and accompanying trainees FaGe/AGS

- Maintaining professional interdisciplinary collaboration

- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or HF

- Good written and spoken German skills are an advantage

- Solid professional knowledge in care and support

- Appreciative and empathetic personality with good communication skills

- Enjoyment in working with elderly people

- Willingness to undertake further training and education

- Experience in guiding trainees is desirable

- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and initiative
