To strengthen our team in the field of Visual Merchandising, we are looking from 01.09.2026, for a permanent position, at the Vevey site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Visual Merchandising Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure a high level of execution of Visual Merchandising standards and guarantee the visual coherence of the store, both in-store and in the windows.
- You plan, coordinate and implement visual concepts across all product universes (Non Food, Food / supermarket, restaurant if applicable).
- You organise and efficiently deploy commercial and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Store Manager and the relevant teams.
- You analyse commercial performance and propose concrete corrective actions (product highlighting, managing stockouts, optimising customer flows).
- You lead and plan store transformations, commercial events and specific projects (animations, highlights, re-layouts).
- You work closely with the sales teams as well as with the Regional Manager.
- You supervise, organise and develop the VM team as well as the store employees, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
- You actively participate in recruiting VM teams and independently conduct hiring and evaluation interviews.
- You provide regular follow-up and feedback on team performance to the Regional Manager.
- You supervise and support apprentices in their training (e.g. 3D polydesigner or equivalent).
- You are a role model on the ground and embody leadership by example, focused on results and excellence in execution.
Your profile
- You have solid experience as a Visual Merchandiser ideally with team responsibilities. A basic training as a 3D polydesigner or certified decorator is an asset
- You have a strong sensitivity to trends, style and the product universe
- You are customer-oriented and know how to translate needs into relevant merchandising solutions
- You have an excellent understanding of commercial challenges and can analyse key performance indicators.
- You have an initiative spirit, a sense of responsibility and a strong results orientation
- You know how to transform sales data into concrete and operational actions
- You master creative and commercial product staging
- You are capable of leading, motivating and developing a team in an inspiring coaching role
- You communicate clearly, openly and collaboratively
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills, autonomy and priority management in a dynamic environment
- You quickly understand digital environments and learn easily
- You speak fluent French and ideally master another national language
