Your Tasks

• Friendly reception and professional care of our guests
• Acceptance and management of reservations
• Food and beverage service
• Independent management of a service station
• Competent advice to our guests
• Correct collection of payments and clean billing
• General tidying up and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations
• Support in organising the daily restaurant operations
• Coordination and support of the service team
• Contact person for employees and guests
• Ensuring a smooth service process

Leadership Responsibility – Deputy for the Manager As Deputy Operations Manager, you take responsibility for the ongoing operation in the absence of the manager.

Your additional tasks include:

• Deputising for the manager during their absence
• Leading and coordinating the service team
• Organisation and control of daily workflows
• Allocation and coordination of employees
• Ensuring a professional and friendly guest service
• Support with orders and stock control
• Monitoring and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
• Solving organisational problems in day-to-day business
• Responsibility for a smooth process during the shift
• Supporting the management with administrative and organisational tasks

Your Profile

• Neat appearance and good manners
• Completed vocational training or experience in service
• Experience in gastronomy is an advantage
• First leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• High trustworthiness and discretion
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations
• German and any additional language is an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and gastronomy
