Our Zurich branch is now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Compliance Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative Trade Compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

As an Export Compliance Analyst, you will:

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws.
• Review and classify products, technology, and software for export control purposes.
• Monitor and manage export licenses, permits, and documentation.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on export compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure adherence to local and international trade regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in export control laws and regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in International Business, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export compliance, trade compliance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, and EU export controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
