Within the investigative unit of Chur, the "generalist police officers" are responsible for clarifying offences in the agglomeration of the City of Chur. They search for persons who have committed offences and missing persons. In addition to numerous other offences, the staff of the investigative unit of Chur also clarify thefts and burglaries and monitor the drug scene in the City of Chur.
We are looking for an officer in charge for the investigative unit of Chur from a date to be agreed.
- Conducting investigations and inquiries as well as drafting reports in relation to criminal police matters, complaints and assignments
- Gathering information and carrying out preliminary checks
- Handling criminal police cases within the scope of basic service
- Performing on-call, night and Sunday duties at the criminal police
- Federal professional certificate as a police officer
- Preferably experience in the basic service of the criminal police
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, stress resistance and initiative
- High social skills
- Digital skills
- Willingness for continuous professional development (specialist training)
- Good spoken and written German skills
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
