Healthcare Assistant (M/F)

For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment recognised for the quality of its support for elderly people, we are looking for Healthcare Assistants (M / F) for short and long-term temporary assignments.

Your mission

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you actively contribute to the well-being and comfort of the residents:

• Accompany residents in daily life activities
• Perform hygiene and comfort care while respecting the dignity of individuals
• Assist with mobilisation and movement of residents
• Collaborate with care teams and communicate useful observations
• Participate in relational support and maintaining social connections
• Ensure the physical and moral well-being of residents

Your profile

• CRS Healthcare Assistant training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in nursing homes or in the care sector is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities
• Empathy, patience and kindness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for variable hours (morning, evening, weekend)
