Senior Account Manager
Your area of responsibility
- Support and strategic development of existing customer relationships
- Identification, approach, and acquisition of new customers in the field of IT services and solutions
- Independent management and support of complex tenders – from analysis to submission of offers
- Positioning of modern IT services and individual solution concepts with the customer
- Close cooperation with business development, presales, technology, and internal specialist departments for solution development
- Responsibility for achieving defined margin targets
- Conducting customer presentations and contract negotiations at decision-maker level
- Market observation and active contribution to the further development of the service portfolio
Your profile
- Several years of experience in account management in the IT environment
- Successful track record in acquiring and developing customers
- Confident handling of tenders, complex sales cycles, and decision-making processes
- Experience in the practical use of AI tools and applications in your own sales routine
- Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
- Strong customer and solution orientation combined with negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills at all levels – from IT managers to CEOs
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills, French skills are an advantage
