The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodation to upscale four-star superior.
To support the team at Hotel Ochsen and Ochsen 2, we are looking for a person for the summer season 2026 or a permanent position from 1 June 2026 as:

The Hotel
Rustic or modern: At Hotel Ochsen and Ochsen 2 you will find both. The innovative and modern rooms are just as convincing as the traditional rooms. The combined hotels with over 115 rooms are very popular and are used by skiers, companies, hikers and bikers. The three-star hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet for an optimal start to the active day. In just a few minutes' walk you reach the valley station of the Jakobshorn cable car.

Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Guest care on site and information about the offerings of the Davos Klosters Mountains
- Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
- Ensuring smooth processes and coordination with housekeeping
- Guest correspondence via emails and telephone calls
- Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains
Your profile
- Training: You have a commercial or equivalent education and experience in the front office area
- Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and stress-resistant. In addition, you enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly and competent manner
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
- Language: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Advantageous: Protel knowledge or similar hotel systems and any additional languages
