Do you love organising, coordinating and working with people from different cultures? Then you are exactly right with us. Our international sales team supports customers and partners all over the world. With our spices, reaction flavours and natural flavours, we supply the food industry in numerous countries and help to shape the taste of products such as soups, sauces, meat and convenience products. As a central interface in international sales, you ensure that customer enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently, processes run smoothly and our sales team is optimally supported worldwide.
Tasks
- You are the right hand of our Key Account Managers and the Head of Sales and keep the threads together in the international day-to-day business.
- You ensure that customer enquiries are handled quickly, professionally and solution-oriented and that information reaches where it is needed.
- You bring fresh ideas and actively help shape the further development of our sales processes.
- You handle complaints professionally, think solution-oriented and find the best way for our customers together with the specialist departments.
- You are responsible for our global sample management – from ordering to packaging to shipping around the world.
- You coordinate marketing projects, support the creation of sales documents and presentations and contribute to social media content with international reach.
- You assist in planning and organising international trade fairs, such as Food Ingredients Europe, as well as importer meetings and help to successfully expand our presence in the international food industry.
Requirements
- Commercial training (KV) with relevant professional experience in sales, sales support or marketing or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, food technology or a comparable field with a business focus.
- Initial experience, ideally in the food industry, FMCG sector or a comparable environment.
- Enthusiasm for food and enjoyment in working with people from different cultures.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a sense for professional communication.
- Organisational talent, initiative and the ability to keep an overview even when many things are happening at once.
- A structured, precise and independent way of working with a good sense of priorities.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are welcome.
