Junior Commodity Group Manager

Electronics / Electromechanics 80-100% (m/f/d)

We have sales and production sites close to our markets in Asia, Europe and America. The headquarters is in Frick - and the central control of our procurement activities also takes place here.

To implement our global procurement strategy, we need reinforcement with you as Junior Commodity Group Manager.

Tasks:

Implementing the commodity group / procurement targets
Evaluation, development and support of suppliers in the assigned commodity groups
Building and ensuring partnership-based supplier relationships (price, quality, delivery,
flexibility, problem solving)
Supporting stakeholders in procurement-related matters
Ensuring high availability of materials with minimal capital commitment
Ensuring market-compliant prices
Maintaining master data at the planning level, requesting the remaining master data
Active participation in the globally developing commodity group management
and change management measures

Requirements:

Technical basic training in electronics / electromechanics
Business management training
3 - 5 years of experience as a commodity group manager or strategic purchaser
Negotiation skills in German and English
Willingness to travel
Initiative, independence, high resilience
Analytical thinking
Team player, skilled in dealing with other cultures
