About the job
In our operational purchasing department, we offer you a varied and responsible position working with exciting products. You will actively handle day-to-day business, keep an overview of various orders, and be in contact with international partners, both internally and externally. We look forward to a proactive and technically interested person.
Your area of responsibility:
Ordering and scheduling all items in the assigned product groups, ensuring timely availability
Monitoring order confirmations, delivery dates, purchase prices
Responsible for supplier delivery performance in operational order processing (On Time Delivery, quantity compliance)
Support for strategic purchasing
Support for master data maintenance in the ERP system for items and suppliers
Your qualifications:
Technical basic training or commercial apprenticeship in an industrial environment
Further training in purchasing (e.g. purchasing specialist) or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience in purchasing (min. 5 years)
Experience in an international environment as well as with ERP systems (SAP, Excel & Pivot) in a manufacturing company
Very good German and English skills
Committed work ethic and high reliability
Negotiation skills as well as solution-oriented and forward-looking working methods
