The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for our residents with heart, mind and a pinch of humour in their home
- You ensure care that is effective and builds trust with your know-how
- You contribute your ideas to the team and actively shape the workplace
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues
- You promote and support interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies
- Work in early and late shifts until 21:15
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or equivalent training with a diploma recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with and caring for elderly people
- Experience in the application of RAI LTCT
- Team player and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Good oral and written German skills
