Responsibilities

• Managing financial and payroll accounting for our clients
• Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Assisting with audit mandates
• Advising and supporting our clients on tax and business management issues
• Supporting the preparation of VAT returns
• Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the fiduciary field (e.g. trustee with a federal diploma / specialist in finance and accounting, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• Solid knowledge of accounting and payroll
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with common fiduciary software solutions
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
