Intern Procurement Excellence (f/m/d)

About the job

Workload: 60–100%, duration: 6 months

What you will do:

Support the migration of valid procurement contracts from legacy systems to the new system

Prepare and clean contract data for mass upload

Manually upload individual contracts and extract relevant information

Support the improvement of our P2P processes for order creation, intake and management

Contribute to other Procurement Excellence initiatives, working closely with specialist departments and IT

What you bring & who you are:

You're studying business, supply chain management or a related field

You have a good grasp of purchasing and commercial fundamentals, ideally with some exposure to operational procurement

You're confident working with Excel

You work in a structured, independent and careful way, and enjoy collaborating with others

You have very good German and English skills (at least B2)

Experience with AI tools or basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus – even if you don't bring this yet, we look forward to your application
