Future Sales Leadership Talents Region City of Bern
Responsibilities
- Understanding the core business of a supermarket from A to Z
- Training in all departments, procedures, processes and systems
- Introduction to the role of deputy manager
- Willingness to complete internal training and support different sales locations
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales? Both suit us.
- Leadership experience in a comparable role is an advantage.
- You give your all – for the company and the customers.
- You have perfect command of German: spoken and written.
- You are friendly, team-oriented and present yourself well.
