Head of Quality and Process Management

Your tasks
In this responsible role, you shape the future direction of the management system and ensure that an agile and customer-centered process organization has an impact company-wide. In doing so
- you lead the specialist department with 3 people including management and lead the interdisciplinary audit team.
- you further develop the management system according to ISO 9001 and promote lean and improvement management.
- you plan and control internal and external audits as well as satisfaction surveys.
- you manage relevant labels and standards (including ISO 9001, FSC, Bio Suisse, HACCP) including measures controlling and reporting.
- you advise executives and process owners on quality and process issues.
- you create reports, statistics, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- you lead overarching projects such as the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy.
Your profile
For this you bring the following:
- a basic education in business administration, technical or natural sciences.
- further training in quality or process management as well as optionally in lean management, sustainability or CSR.
- profound knowledge of management systems according to ISO 9001 and experience in audit and certification processes.
- interdisciplinary leadership experience, preferably in industry or related to food safety.
- a high practical relevance as well as pronounced communication and change management skills.
- an independent, structured and reflective way of working.
