Your Tasks

• Organisation & Coordination: You organise and coordinate the medical secretariat and ensure a smooth process
• Medical Correspondence: You write medical letters, findings and reports from dictation
• Patient Records: You manage and maintain patient records carefully and in a structured manner
• Communication: You are the contact person for patients, cost bearers and external partners
• Administration: You take on general administrative and organisational tasks in everyday clinical life

Your Profile

• Training: You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA/MFA) with further training as a medical secretary or commercial training with further training as a medical secretary, each with 2-3 years of professional experience
• Expertise: You have very good knowledge of medical terminology
• Language Skills: You have very good German skills, both spoken and written
• IT Competence: You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with hospital or practice software
• Working Style: You possess organisational skills, reliability and a high degree of discretion
• Personality: You have a friendly and service-oriented manner as well as pronounced teamwork skills
