Your Tasks

You actively shape everyday life, the activation program, and socio-cultural events and independently and/or as part of a team carry out the activities.
With joy and commitment, you support and accompany our residents.
Collaboration with external partners as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with all areas in the house are a matter of course for you.

Your Profile

You have completed further training as a certified activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB), or care specialist EFZ (focus on elderly people, people with disabilities, generalist training) and have professional experience in long-term care.
You enjoy working with elderly people and have very good oral and written German skills.
Knowledge of MS Office is highly welcomed.
Independence and creativity are naturally among your strengths, and resilience as well as flexibility are additional plus points.
In addition, you are an organizational talent and strive to design everyday life efficiently and structured.
