Junior Fund Legal Officer (m/f/d)

About the job

Your area of responsibility:

• You support the fund management in the versatile legal supervision of Swiss investment funds and investment foundations during onboarding (takeover) and in life cycle management
• You assist in the structuring, implementation and further development of all regulatory and contractual documentation related to Swiss investment funds
• You independently prepare service and cooperation agreements (in particular promoter/customer, asset management, investment advisory, distribution, placement agreements) and negotiate them with the involved parties
• You support and coordinate takeover projects and life cycle projects of Swiss investment funds and investment foundations
• Within the scope of the above tasks, you have direct contact with clients, authorities and other external parties and work closely with internal departments

What you should bring

• Completed or ongoing studies in law
• Professional experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
• You have the ability and interest to analyse complex requirements in a structured manner and transfer them into practical legal solutions
• You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful and precise working style
• Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills in German and preferably also English
