This is what your new daily work life with us looks like
- Co-responsibility for the personnel, technical and organisational management of the Electrical Engineering department with around 20 employees
- Leadership, support and development of employees with disabilities
- Optimisation of processes, resources and workflows with a view to efficient service delivery
- Responsibility for order processing, material purchasing, inventory and warehouse management
- Maintenance and further development of relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Ensuring economical service delivery as well as compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Assuming the role of practical trainer
What we wish from you
- Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in the electrical or electronic field, e.g. as an electrician, assembly electrician, automation technician or electronics technician
- Several years of practical experience in the electrical or craft environment as well as sound technical knowledge
- Enjoyment in guiding, motivating, individually supporting employees and passing on expertise
- Interest in working with people with disabilities as well as patience and empathy
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style with a high awareness of quality and safety
- Good knowledge of German
- Further training in the social field or willingness to acquire the corresponding skills
