You think ahead, take responsibility, and keep an overview even when things get complex? Then you fit quite well with us. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Mandate Manager Fiduciary (60-100%) who thinks along, pitches in, and gradually takes on more responsibility.
What you will do with us:
- You support our mandate managers in daily business and take responsibility in customer care
- You independently manage financial and payroll accounting
- You prepare VAT returns and tax declarations
- You prepare interim and annual financial statements
- You are the contact person for our customers – by phone and in person
- You actively contribute to the team and think outside the box
What we wish from you:
- Professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting (or on the way there)
- Alternatively, tertiary-level education with experience in fiduciary services
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Independent, pragmatic, and reliable working style
- Desire to take on responsibility and develop further
