Property Accountant (80%)

We are a small, well-coordinated property company in Otelfingen looking to strengthen our accounting team. With us, you can expect varied tasks, short decision-making paths, and an uncomplicated, collegial atmosphere.

What awaits you with us

• You will independently manage our entire property accounting using our accounting system RIMO R5.
• You will take care of accounts receivable and payable as well as tenant accounts including dunning procedures.
• You will prepare heating and ancillary cost statements.
• You will be responsible for annual accounts and financial statements of our rental properties and co-ownership communities.
• You will perform account reconciliations and all accounting closing tasks.
• You will support our property management team with accounting questions.

What you bring with you

• A commercial education and/or solid experience in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience in independently preparing annual financial statements
• An accurate, structured and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of numbers, responsibility and independent working
• An uncomplicated, team-oriented personality who likes to think along

No experience yet in property accounting or with RIMO R5?

No problem! Even if you have worked in fiduciary services or general accounting so far, we look forward to your application.

Knowledge of property management and RIMO R5 is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters to us is that you master accounting. We will gladly train you in our processes and system.
