The Client Channels division of Zürcher Kantonalbank is responsible for designing and further developing our digital and physical channels, which serve as central business cards towards our customers. Through its activities, the division ensures that our customers can use the products and services of Zürcher Kantonalbank exactly where and how it is easiest for them – both online and offline.
Your tasks
- Operational implementation and further development of risk management processes within Client Channels
- Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of internal guidelines, requirements and regulatory demands
- Independent familiarisation with new subject areas, especially in the field of fraud detection
- Conceptual development of initiatives to combat fraudulent payments and support of IT change projects
- Identification, assessment and documentation of operational and compliance risks related to system adjustments, processes and digital solutions
- Development of measures to minimise risks and monitoring their implementation
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (university/FH or other specialised school)
- Several years of experience in the conception of IT projects
- Knowledge of project management and agile methods, tools/tooling
- Experience as a consultant is an advantage
- Enjoyment in developing suitable solutions for complex challenges to minimise risks
- Demonstration of cooperative skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German language skills
