Spitex Fricktal AG is one of the leading outpatient healthcare organisations in the region. With around 100 employees and 20 trainees, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal area can live independently and safely at home. For over 600 clients, we carry out approximately 140,000 assignments annually – ranging from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.

To strengthen our teams at the locations Stein, Möhlin, and Rheinfelden, we are seeking committed individuals from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement who take responsibility and want to help shape the Spitex Fricktal of tomorrow together with us.

Your tasks

• Independent, qualified, and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients
• Needs assessment with interRAI HC, creating nursing diagnoses
• Managing and monitoring the care process as case manager
• Close collaboration with interprofessional teams
• Cooperation with relatives, authorities, and involved specialists
• Supporting trainees and students
• Taking on daily responsibility: coordination and contact person for daily operations and emergency assignments

What you bring

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualifications
• High professional and social competence
• Flexible and empathetic personality
• Good IT user skills, knowledge of Perigon is an advantage
• InterRAI HC or willingness to attend a course
• Car driving licence
• Re-entrants are welcome
