Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We provide services in the field of social and professional integration and are looking for a Team Leader (80%) starting 01.12.2026 (or by arrangement). The acquisition office secures individual placement opportunities for various labour integration programmes and conducts initial interviews and coaching sessions.What to expect with us
- Personnel management of a team (4-6 employees)
- Strategic and operational leadership and development of the office in collaboration with the department management
- Responsibility for implementation, quality assurance and forward planning
- Coaching of participants (individual and group)
Your profile
- Experience in leadership and project management
- Coaching qualification
- Experience in the private sector and labour integration is an advantage
- Independent working style, high quality awareness
- Flexibility, organisational talent, sociability
- Structured working
- Good IT and AI knowledge
