You lead the service area with heart, competence and a natural host mentality. You ensure that our guests feel comfortable, coordinate the flow in the restaurant and actively support your team in daily operations. These are your tasks
- Co-organisation and support in the operational management of an assigned gastronomic area
- Deputising for the deputy restaurant manager in their absence
- Participation in the planning and design of daily business
- Co-responsibility for beverage offer planning
- Expert care and advice for our diverse, international and local guests
- Review and optimisation of internal processes and standards
- Introduction of new team members as well as support and training of our apprentices
