YOUR TASKS
- Recording and managing error reports and communicating them to the customer using 8D reporting
- Definition, implementation, and assurance of corrective and preventive measures
- Supporting production with internal complaints
- Definition of inspection plans in the CAQ system
- Conducting internal audits according to the audit plan
- Support in test equipment management
- Creating and performing quality inspections with suitable measuring and testing equipment and their complete documentation
YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
- Completed technical training
- Further training in quality management or in training
- Professional experience in quality assurance
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems, and CAQ
- Independent and structured way of working
- Responsible with a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills, resilient, team player
