To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as:

Head of Financial Accounting & Payroll (a)

Your Tasks:

Your Tasks:

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing
• Handling of entries, exits and personnel changes
• Preparation of salary statements and year-end accounts
• Management of social insurance and withholding tax processes
• Handling of absence, accident and illness cases
• Maintenance and control of personnel and payroll data
• Administration of working time and absence systems
• Advising employees and managers on payroll and HR topics
• Support in personnel administration
• Participation in HR projects and process optimisations

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in HR, payroll or social insurance
• Several years of experience in payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong numerical understanding and high accuracy
• High service orientation and team spirit
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
