Pharmacy Assistant M/F at 50% within the Pharmaceutical Logistics Sector
The Pharmacy of the Eastern Léman Hospitals (PHEL), spread across several sites, is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance to hospitals, as well as various care facilities in the Eastern Léman area (including the Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais).
For our main site in Rennaz, we are looking for a:
Pharmacy Assistant M/F at 50%
within the Pharmaceutical Logistics Sector
The main duties of this position are
- Placing orders for medicines and other pharmaceutical products with suppliers and monitoring their delivery
- Checking orders and deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting supply shortages
- Participating in inventories and ensuring the updating of databases
- Collaborating with pharmacists and the logistics unit to optimise the management of logistical flows
- Supervising and validating the order preparation process carried out by the distribution robot
Requirements
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a pharmacy assistant or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in order management and hospital pharmaceutical logistics
- Good organisational skills, autonomy in work
- Good knowledge of IT tools such as Word, Excel and Opale
- Excellent oral and written French skills
- Team spirit, ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external contacts (clients/suppliers)
