About the job
We are a company active in garden maintenance and landscaping based in Hegnau-Volketswil ZH. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a landscape gardener 100% immediately or by arrangement.
Are you a gardener with EFZ, EBA qualifications or do you have green or grey experience in gardening? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our team.

- A team of about 20 employees
- Two young, innovative site managers as supervisors

- Creating and renovating garden facilities

- Guiding and supporting apprentices (EFZ/EBA)
- Active participation as a practical trainer
- Guiding and supporting career changers
- Organisational
- Site managers and division heads as direct supervisors
- Technical leadership of 2-3 employees
- Reporting
- Assistance with quotation preparations

What we expect from you
- Driving licence category B mandatory (BE advantageous)
- Apprenticeship as landscape gardener EFZ, gardener EBA or several years of experience in gardening/maintenance
- Team player, independence
- Interest in further development (e.g. training as a gardener FA or tree climbing with long-line technique)
- Permission and experience in operating construction equipment (mini excavator, dumper, etc.)
