Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent planning and implementation of high-quality sanitary installations for diverse construction projects
- Creation of precise technical drawings and plans considering relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team consisting of architects, engineers, and other specialist areas to develop optimal solutions
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of planning results
- Active participation in internal and external meetings to promote project coordination and ensure smooth processes
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a building services planner specialising in sanitary or a comparable qualification
- Experience in planning sanitary installations for various construction projects
- Solid knowledge of CAD software and MS Office applications
- Strong ability to analyse and solve complex tasks, combined with a keen eye for detail
- Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and an independent working style
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
