Your area of responsibility
You look after our customers in the shop and in institutions. This can be passive, meaning you receive customers by appointment or on call. But you also actively acquire customers and thus contribute to good business operations. You record customer needs and clarify medical issues with doctors and therapists. Together with the team, you ensure that customers receive care of the highest quality.
What we are looking for
You are a trained master orthopaedic shoemaker and want to devote yourself primarily to the care of customers and doctors, but you also like to actively assist with the processing of adjustments to balance this. Your profession is your calling: you have a heart for our customers, are interested in technical innovations and proactively inform yourself about developments in the industry. You are someone who likes to organise your own work area and takes personal responsibility.
