• Take responsibility for the planning, delivery and further development of lectures, seminars, tutorials and expert forums
• Bear the main responsibility for modules, including planning, organisation, delivery, evaluation and continuous development, as well as actively participate in the departments of the degree programme
• Contribute to the strategic and qualitative further development of the degree programme and lead or actively shape internal projects
• Support, accompany and assist students in a diverse university environment in their academic and personal development

• Completed Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Sciences, ideally with a doctorate, as well as solid clinical and scientific experience
• Proven experience and didactic competence in university teaching
• Strong interest in the conception, further development and implementation of innovative teaching offers as well as enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
• Communicative, solution-oriented personality with high self-, social and team competence
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in setting new impulses and actively shaping tasks
