What you will do here
- Take responsibility for the planning, delivery and further development of lectures, seminars, tutorials and expert forums
- Bear the main responsibility for modules, including planning, organisation, delivery, evaluation and continuous development, as well as actively participate in the departments of the degree programme
- Contribute to the strategic and qualitative further development of the degree programme and lead or actively shape internal projects
- Support, accompany and assist students in a diverse university environment in their academic and personal development
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Sciences, ideally with a doctorate, as well as solid clinical and scientific experience
- Proven experience and didactic competence in university teaching
- Strong interest in the conception, further development and implementation of innovative teaching offers as well as enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Communicative, solution-oriented personality with high self-, social and team competence
- High initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in setting new impulses and actively shaping tasks
