Your area of responsibility
- Support for assigned areas in our hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen in the HR processes of recruitment, employee care, and development
- Consultation and support for managers and employees in operational and strategic HR topics
- Analysis and optimization of HR processes
- Participation in HR projects and change management processes
- Close collaboration in the areas of personnel marketing, training and development, and personnel administration
Your competencies
- Further education in HR or a completed degree (level of diploma or bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in HR and knowledge of labor law is an advantage
- High consulting competence and communication skills
- Structured, goal-oriented, and precise working style
