Your Tasks

Your main workplace is in Kriens.
You are willing to work at changing locations within a larger region (Kriens-Basel) and - if necessary - support our teams in this region during absences and peak order times.

• Personal advice and service to our customers
• (mainly installers and private customers)
• Responding to customer enquiries by email/phone
• Recording delivery notes using SAP/R3
• Checking incoming goods
• Proper storage of warehouse goods
• Ensuring efficient internal warehouse management
• Preparation and picking of goods for our customers

Your Profile

• Training in the sanitary sector
• Several years of professional experience, preferably as a service technician
• Commercial further training is an advantage
• Good PC skills, SAP/3 desirable
• Likeable, team-oriented and customer-focused personality
