Process Specialist with Focus on Payroll/HR/Time Tracking (a)

Your tasks:

You accompany customers during implementation, follow-up, and support

You conduct training and introduction online or on-site

You optimize various HR processes for our customers such as applicant management, employee self-service, time tracking, etc.

You are part of the further development of standardized processes

Your profile:

You have completed training or further education in finance/payroll or accounting

Ideally, you already have professional experience with Abacus or similar ERP solutions

You have a deep understanding of process management

Structured, logical, and networked thinking as well as high customer orientation

Project management and communication come easily to you in everyday life

You are curious and can get excited about new things
