The Asset Management division of Zürcher Kantonalbank is the second largest provider in Switzerland with over CHF 346 billion assets under management (as of 31.05.2026) and around 280+ investment experts. The "Processes Asset Management" team is part of the centrally organised "Systems & Services" division within Asset Management. This division is responsible for ensuring that processes, IT platforms and services for the entire Asset Management are optimally set up and configured, and ensures that the bank's service units are used optimally. In this environment, you will work very closely with long-standing experts in portfolio management, risk management, sustainability, process design, platform development and operations.
Your tasks
- You will be jointly responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing requirements from the sustainability area, in close coordination with the subject matter specialists, in the internally developed Portfolio Management platform.
- This includes analysing and specifying new requirements, as well as supporting the IT developers during implementation and testing the new functionalities.
- You will train and support the affected employees in the introduction of new processes, data and software versions.
- In your daily work, you will collaborate very closely with IT developers, operations and sustainability specialists.
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in business informatics or business administration with a focus on banking and finance
- Initial practical experience in business analysis, preferably in banking
- A flair for financial and economic data with a focus on sustainability
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong goal orientation and quick comprehension
- Confident manner for presentations and training
- First experience in specifying requirements for IT systems
- Basic knowledge of the programming language T-SQL and data modelling
- Very good German and good English skills
