Health Care Assistant in Private Home Care (100%)

Your mission

As part of a committed and multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in maintaining beneficiaries at home by providing professional, caring and personalised support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and support in daily living activities
• Contribute to maintaining the autonomy and well-being of beneficiaries
• Make necessary observations and relay information to the care team
• Accompany beneficiaries in their movements and daily activities
• Ensure the comfort, safety and quality of life of the persons cared for
• Work closely with nurses and other care network professionals
• Ensure traceability of services provided

Your profile

• CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in home care essential
• Good knowledge of the Riviera-Chablais region
• Residence in Switzerland, ideally in the Riviera-Chablais region
• Driving licence essential and own vehicle
• Available for a 100% position
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and excellent priority management
• Very good interpersonal and relational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the team
• Fluency in spoken and written French
