What you can achieve with us.
In this versatile role, you will look after a property on site and be the contact person for our clients.
Your tasks include:
- Maintenance and monitoring of building services systems (HVACSE)
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Coordination and supervision of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
- Collaboration with external service providers and coordination of various contractors
- Performing administrative tasks within the scope of your duties
- On-call duties

- A completed technical training in the HVACS sector or a basic craft training with further education in facility management
- Several years of proven professional experience in building technology
- Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility
- Strong service mentality as well as organisational talent
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (digital working environment)
- Valid driving licence category B and residence in the Baden region (Aargau)
