Host Personality / Bartender (20–80%) – with Opportunity for Event & Occasion Responsibility

About the job

DRINKS CAN BE LEARNT.
BEING A HOST CANNOT.

We are looking for a host personality / bartender (20–80%) – with opportunity for event & occasion responsibility

eifach BAR | Solothurn

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR MORE THAN AN ORDINARY BAR JOB?

Do you love people, good conversations and special evenings? Do you like taking responsibility, thinking ahead and want to realise your own ideas?

Then we might be a great match!

The eifach BAR is a small, cosy bar in Solothurn with a family atmosphere. We are not just looking for someone to serve drinks, but a personality who enriches our bar with heart, initiative and joy in hosting.

YOUR SHIFT. YOUR IDEAS. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

With us, you run the bar independently during your shift, ensure a good atmosphere and are a host out of passion. You will receive trust, freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape things.

WITH US, MANY THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

Your workload: 20–80%

Whether one evening a week or a bigger challenge – we will find out together what suits you.

Events & Occasion Responsibility at the Rythalle Solothurn

If you want more, you can get involved in events and projects and take on additional responsibility – up to independent occasion responsibility.

This includes, for example, planning and organising events, coordinating processes and staff, as well as responsibility on site.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU?

Above all, joy in people, a warm personality and a desire to take responsibility.
You work reliably and independently, keep an overview even in busy moments and like to pitch in. Experience in gastronomy or the event sector is welcome. However, your attitude, commitment and personality are more important to us.

You don’t have to be able to do everything. But you should like people.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

A small, family-like team that sticks together, works together and enjoys laughing.
An uncomplicated working environment with lots of trust, room for creativity and real opportunities to contribute and develop.

WANT TO GET TO KNOW US?

Whether you are looking for a new challenge, want to do something different alongside your current job or simply fancy something new:

We are open to many things – and curious about you!

Write us a few lines about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!

Simply you. Simply us. eifach BAR. 💚
