In the Research & Development department, specifically in the Optical Systems team, we are looking for a
Project Manager for Optical Systems (m/f)
This is your future role
- Project management in customer-specific product and process developments as well as in fundamental projects
- Execution and documentation according to the requirements of the FISBA project management process
- Taking responsibility along the entire process chain, from internal offer to completion of series transfer
- Responsibility regarding project budget, deadlines, and agreed delivery performance
- Coordination of the core project team from sales, product management, design, optical design, work preparation, quality, and manufacturing
- Technical support for sales and product management with the aim of an optimised offer and a long-term customer relationship
- Product maintenance of the partial portfolio
These are the requirements we set
- Successfully completed degree (Bachelor / Master HF or UNI) in the field of systems engineering with a focus on photonics, microtechnology, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, also possible with a degree in a scientific field such as physics
- Several years of professional experience in industry, ideally as a development engineer / project manager
- Experience in optics is an advantage
- Very good German skills as well as business fluent English skills
- Structured and goal-oriented working style as well as ability for problem analysis and solution
- Good communication skills at all levels
