We are looking immediately or by arrangement for flexible

pool staff in long-term care (10 - 60 %) on an hourly wage basis

We offer caring and professional care and support around the clock in our three nursing homes Oranienburg, Belvoir and Altenberg as well as the senior residence Villa Sarepta. The proximity to the city and the Salem Hospital as well as our own medical team make our homes the first choice for pleasant and safe living in old age. Diaconis offers a home to people with different needs and always welcomes guests for holiday and transitional stays. 

Your tasks with us

With our care and support pool, you arrange your assignments to suit your everyday life. Are you motivated, spontaneously deployable and appreciate varied working days?
Then we look forward to getting to know you.

You will take on professional and appreciative care and support of our residents in our homes for living & care according to your training and experience. The needs and well-being of the people are always at the centre of your actions.

As a member of the care pool, you work flexibly at different locations or support teams during temporary assignments, for example in case of staff shortages or long-term absences.

You bring the following

• Training as a qualified nurse, as FaGe or AGS, SRK
• Good knowledge of German
• Appreciative attitude
• Social and personal skills
• High resilience and flexibility
• Quick understanding of new tasks and a careful working style
