Your Tasks
- Organisation of processes within the outpatient clinic
- Performing ECGs
- Blood sampling and depot injections
- Management of patient records including appointment coordination
- Contact person for patients, relatives and colleagues
- Participation in quality assurance measures
- Participation in outpatient groups
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or an equivalent medical profession.
- Reliable, precise and committed as well as team-oriented but still independent working style
- High level of responsibility and resilience
- Friendly demeanour and very good communication skills
- Proficiency in handling IT systems
- Experience in billing (EBM and GOÄ)
- Appreciative interaction with mentally ill people
