The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in the canton of Aargau. We offer our residents of all ages specialised care, support, and auxiliary services in various areas of expertise with high quality and a clear approach. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently undergoing extensive modernisation and further development through new construction and renovations. In autumn 2026, we will move into our modern new building, creating a contemporary working environment with modern infrastructure.
This is how you will support us:
- You independently and reliably carry out simple maintenance, servicing, and repair work
- You ensure an efficient and high-quality maintenance service
- You assist with transport and logistics tasks within the operation
- You support the team in daily operational business and actively pitch in
- You actively participate in the implementation of occupational safety and health protection
This is how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or have a comparable qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar role
- You possess manual skills and a practical working style
- You work reliably, in a structured manner, and independently
- You are resilient, flexible, and team-oriented
- You can set priorities and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You have good IT user skills (MS Office)
