Spitex Vocational Trainer (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Case Management)

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach Elderly and Health Centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living for the elderly and advisory services with a total of around 260 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for an experienced individual for our committed teams in the Spitex area.

Your new tasks

• Responsible for the professional and individual care of clients and learners within the Learning and Working Community (LAG) • Responsible for the continuous support, promotion and assessment of learners and students • Independent planning and coordination of learning support days • Responsible for planning, designing, documenting and evaluating learning and training processes • Engagement with current nursing education developments and active participation in quality processes, performance recording and nursing documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC (case management)

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist (HF/FH/DNII) • At least two years of professional experience (preferably in Spitex with case management) • Interest and motivation to actively accompany learning and development processes • Vocational pedagogical training SVEB 1 or willingness to undertake it • Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT skills
